Celebrating 40 years of Community TV!
Coast Reporter Article on the program’s 40th Anniversary
This past June we celebrated the 40th Anniversary of the partnership between Elphinstone Secondary and Community television on the Sunshine Coast. We gathered together with many people who have been involved over the years to celebrate the accomplishments and success of the program.
This year’s TV Production class put together this video that is an overview of the program and its history: Television Production Program

You can view our class video Projects by clicking on this link.
We are in the process of creating stories for an Elphi News show, and have recently done some collaborating with the Elphi Drama class.
We are also always looking for student volunteers to train to be on the crew for Coast TV productions.
New Computers & Software
Thanks to grant money from the Sunshine Coast Community Foundation, and the Elphinstone PAC, students are using our new computers and software to edit their video projects.
Training our Students
Students have been busy learning video production skills and doing workshops in multi-camera productions. Students have the opportunity to be on crew for Coast TV’s productions, including sporting events, talk shows, telethons, auctions, and community events.
